For anyone who would like to improve their physicality. Whether that be in balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, power or agility. This class will offer you the opportunity to develop yourself in any direction you wish to focus on. No experience or ability needed.
Camp notes
Optional additional sessions that run alongside our Freestyle Gymnastics sessions. Time is different to Wednesday Adult Session (7.30 till 8.30 pm)
Again can be booked as pay as you go.
Might be useful if you have varied work patterns or would like an extra session each week.
