Join us on the first Saturday of each month from 2 pm till 4 pm A fun, safe space for families of children with additional needs to enjoy the benefits gymnastics has to offer. For anyone who would like to improve their physicality. Whether that be in balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, power or agility. This class will offer you the opportunity to develop yourself in any direction you wish to focus on. No experience or ability needed.

Parent and Toddler session for children "just walking" upwards 50 minute session Parent must supervise child throughout the session. Only offered at our Mostyn Road Business Park facility. Songs, activities, games, and an opportunity to challenge themselves on gymnastics equipment.
