Freestyle Gymnastics is similar to Parkour/Free-running but practiced in the gym with coaches and safety mats. It allows people to explore their physical ability and test their own limits in a safe and supportive environment. It is not prescriptive like artistic gymnastics, it allows free expression and exploration. No experience or ability required.
