For anyone who would like to improve their physicality. Whether that be in balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, power or agility. This class will offer you the opportunity to develop yourself in any direction you wish to focus on. No experience or ability needed.
Camp notes
Come along and give gymnastics a try as a way of keeping fit. No previous experience needed.
